The exe file is a self-extracting zip file. You can open this with an unzip program, or simply double-click on it to extract into the current directory. It will create a new folder named "dotReader-mini-win32-vX.X.X" (where X.X.X represents the current version.) Open the new folder and double-click on the dotReader executable.
